Skills/ Requirements
We are seeking leaders who want the opportunity to:


* 1+ to 2 Years

* Lead and develop a store staff of 10 - 20 team members in the areas of superior customer service, pet nutrition, and the company culture and values.

* Consistently increase sales goals and average ticket over previous year through training and motivating your team.

* Budget payroll, controllable expenses and inventory on hand ensuring optimum growth.

* Hire and develop staff and floor supervisors,to build a team that's committed to great customer service and the health of pets.

* Create a great shopping experience for the pet and their owner with eye catching and powerful merchandising techniques.
