We are looking for that true strategic partner who will support our vision, help us create excellence and generate needed resources!

WHAT WE DO:
We are a solid, stable, social service agency, located in north San Diego County (Vista), devoted to helping troubled boys, young men, and their families as they develop the skills needed to gain hope and plan for a better future. Most of our youth are between the ages of 12-17 and many have had either a mental health condition or a family conflict that makes them unable to function effectively with their families or in their school environment. We then, provide both services and support to return these youth back to their communities with little or no further intervention.

We are a leader in providing effective mental health services, working effectively with youth and families since 1967. We provide a safe, supportive, and structured home living environment to youth in residential treatment in addition to special education, vocational training and clinical intervention. Our programs are integrated and comprehensive and our staff are both well-trained and caring. Our staff work hard but experience joy, both in our work and living our values as a servant leadership organization, striving to better our communities.
