Jobing Description

Supervise the Front Desk, PBX and Bell Staff operations. Ensure communications with all related departments is smooth and complete. Model excellent customer service skills as well as take a lead in the resolution of guest challenges, both internal and external. Assist with the administrative aspect such as scheduling, time edits, communication to staff and other functions as assigned. Train staff and ensure they have the tools for the shift they supervise. Monitor adherence to SOPs and hold team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities.

Skills / Requirements

Must have high school diploma and at least 2 years previous Front Office experience as well as some supervisor experience.
