Synergy HomeCare of San Diego is seeking experienced and reliable caregivers for the following position:

* ALS Patient
* Full Care
* Hoyer Lift
* Assistance with daily living activities
* Shifts are 7 am to 3 pm
* Located in Ramona

Job Requirements:
* Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services
* 5+ years of experience
* HHA or CNA required, or comparable and relevant experience and/or training
* Reliable transportation to a client's home
* Driver's license
* Cleared fitness to work and recent negative TB test or chest X-Ray
* Current CPR and First Aid certifications
* Have a heart for helping others, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and patient with those in need.
