• Responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new member or group enrollments


• Load new member or group data into the enrollment database & update the database with changes


• Respond to member eligibility or group questions & verify enrollment status


• Responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions


• Responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changes


• Work with various types of member correspondence

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required


• 2+ years experience in healthcare industry


• 1+ year prior enrollment experience is required


• 1+ year MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required
