Location: California-El Segundo

Job Description: Provide Engineering Planning support to Engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).Prepare Budget and/or EAC Transfer Requests, Cost Transfers, and Inter-Division Work Orders (IWO's). Perform EAC analysis and updates. Prepare IPT managers and CAMs for Program Review with weekly/monthly cost/schedule visibility, recovery, performance charts and metrics. Ability to effectively interface with other team members and Program management to ensure that Program Execution Milestones are achieved. Requires a good understanding of Engineering Statement ofWork and processes to assist IPTs as needed.
Ability to provide IPT's with timely and accurate information to support effective resource/manpower planning.
Support IPT's with proposal preparation by providing historical data and past performance metrics.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications: BA/BS Degree andminimum 10 years experience Engineering Planning / Cost Management or MBA with 8+ years experience in Project Management or HS diploma with 14+ years of experience. Extensive knowledge of MS Office suiteis required. Candidate must possess solid analytical and communication skills, experience in developing performance metrics, staffing requirements projections, management presentations, and understanding of Engineering Statement of work and processes. Ability to attain a DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Microframe Program Manager (MPM), MS Project, Business Warehouse, and wInsight are preferred.
