Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Overall employer contract loading and using various databases and/or source documents
  


• 
  
  Research Installation Issues and develop customer specific resolution
  


• 
  
  Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of analytical experience in a healthcare environment


• Bachelor's degree OR at least high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience


• Auditing experience


• Intermediate MS Excel experience


• Supervisory/mentoring experience

Assets:

• FACETS, CBMS, or PIF Tracker experience
