The EH&S Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance for most aspects of eBay Inc. Environmental, Health & Safety/Emergency Preparedness programs. This person will ensure the consistent application of environmental, health and safety/emergency preparedness processes across all eBay Inc. offices.
This position supports the eBay Inc. Manager, Global Environmental, Health & Safety

• Successful candidate must have 3-5 years experience in providing and creating an injury free work environment with a strong sense of personal commitment towards driving a zero accident culture in a corporate, call center, data center, warehouse, logistics and fulfillment operations environment.
  
• The candidate has experience in developing a comprehensive on-site health and safety plan for corporate, call center, data center, warehouse, logistics and fulfillment environments that complies with all applicable regulations associated with industrial/office ergonomics, vehicle safety, dock safety, fall protection, hazardous material management, emergency preparedness and other general industry safety requirements.
  
• Knowledge of policies, strategies, and systems needed to implement an EH&S/Emergency Preparedness function and a well developed information and support network.
  
• Strong interpersonal, thinking/planning/implementing, communication and collaboration skills are essential.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  
• Effective communications, including verbal presentations skills.
  
• Ability, willingness, and availability to travel domestically and internationally.
  
• Be available on-call 24/7 for support to all organizations within eBay Inc.
