Jobing Description
Location: California-Redondo Beach
Lead the data analysis process for the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP), working with HRIS, Talent Acquisition/Staffing, and external vendor to ensure that data is delivered on time with a highest level of quality. This would entail taking data in various forms and from various sources and utilizing statistical analysis methods to assess the company's position as it relates to the advancement of equal opportunity in the workplace
Deliver of AAP's throughout sector sites and location working with DOD to ensure that adversely impacted areas are addressed and information shared with site and lead management
Lead the development of the Diversity Action Plans. This plan builds off of the information in the AAP and is used as a basis for making recommendations to senior leadership on programs and initiatives that would help drive equal opportunity in the workplace
Provides education, monthly/quarterly training and guidance as appropriate to various members of management and HR teams on relevant laws and policy governing equal opportunity; in particular working with HRIS and Talent Acquisition on the applicant tracking system and required documentation for newly hired employees to ensure compliance
Develop and maintain metrics on programs and initiatives to assess their efficiency. Propose solutions to address inefficiencies to members of HR leadership team
Lead the analysis and data compilation for Best Employer Awards and coordinate specific activities in conjunction with the application process, such as managing the survey component that may be included as part of the application process
Play an integral role in the administration of Workplace Respect and Anti-Harassment Training, including redesign and delivery mechanisms or classroom trainings. Collaborates with L&D and HR business partners in multiple offices to implement efficient and effective delivery of the training
Compliance and EEO/OFCCP Responses
Lead and assist with projects and programs such as Flexible Work Schedules, Employee Resource Groups, Take Our Children to Work Day, etc. and recommending program improvements
Serve as a primary contact for all employee inquiries on Work Life programs
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on HR programs
Conduct research and analysis on internal and external workforce demographics
Other Responsibilities
Cross-functional projects as assigned
Attend Diversity & Work Life conferences and compliance training
Advise Talent Acquisition on diverse and targeted recruiting efforts
Oversee activities related to department contracts.

Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors or equivalent and minimum 10 years related experience
