ATT Interactive Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Leader with a passion for peopleware, execution and ownership. We are looking for the head of a founding team tasked with building 'from scratch' and maturing a platform to host media and lead generation products for local advertisers. The ideal candidate will have an ability to build and coach a highly effective team, deliver on strategic initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively. This position requires deep technical expertise in platform development and provides the opportunity to impact the team culture from ground up. RESPONSIBILITIES

Bootstrap, deliver and sustain the ad platform engineering road map.

Provide technical and managerial leadership to the Ad Platform Engineering team.

Partner with Product management to optimize ROI across multiple Ad Platform projects.

Communicate status, risks and progress back to engineering and business leadership.

Evangelize platform investment by justifying benefits visually and via metrics.

Manage project execution and delivery, while also generating ideas on new products.

Engage consumers of the Ad platform to understand their needs and further address them to increase adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

12+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

5+ years of experience mentoring smart engineers to realize their full potential while achieving business goals.

Ability to build, lead and grow teams utilizing agile methodology across multiple projects.

Proven experience building and sustaining new middleware platforms and further acting as an advocate.

Expert design capability of enterprise technology utilizing Java/C# stacks and related eco systems.

Working knowledge of SOA development and design of underlying APIs.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

BS in Computer Science or related engineering field required; MS preferred.
