We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director Infrastructure Services in our Glendale, CA offices. This is highly visible technical management role within the Corporate Systems organization, focused on defining and implementing standard IT processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Lead the group of World Class IT professional responsible for all functional areas and services, provided by IT department:
- Messaging Unified Communications and Video Conferencing Corporate systems, Desktop Engineering Helpdesk/Service Desk Provide expert level input into definition and implementation of agile IT service delivery processes and methodologies.
- Highly Technical individual with good understanding of modern technology used in enterprise IT organizations.
- Excellent people(s) skills, a true 'Managers Manager', excellent organizational skills.
- Proven track record in a LARGE enterprise environment.
- Setting and growing IT organization from scratch
- Process automation, focus on efficiency
- 15+ years of experience in IT Operations
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT process design and implementation
- Ability to apply knowledge of existing ITSM processes and industry process engineering methodologies and principles to daily assignments and activities
- Strong understanding and use of KPIs and metrics to manage performance
- Ability to lead the development of new processes within IT working with stakeholders from across IT groups and business units.
- Ability to support the integration and organizational adoption of IT processes, standards, policies and controls.
- High level of energy, passionate about process, and intellectually curious
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex products and processes to lay audiences.
- Excellent technical project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- MS/BS or equivalent experience
