This position is responsible for all Manufacturing activity in Palmdale supporting the F-35 program. In coordination with IPT leadership, functional management and shared services, ensure that the F-35 assembly operations and facilities have the production capabilities and resources required to meet current and future domestic and International program needs. This position is responsible for on-time delivery of high quality products and services that meet all contractual requirements and business objectives.Candidate must be able to manage Direct and Indirect Budgets as well as Capital Asset Expenditures. Candidate must support the continuous improvement of people, products, processes, systems and services through the application of lean, Six-Sigma, common best practices, and other appropriate tools and techniques. This position reports to the Director of the Palmdale Manufacturing Center.
