Jobing Description

- Business liaison providing technical leadership and oversight to the complete portfolio of NICE Platform system development initiatives.
- Oversees and/or Directs cross functional and cross organizational project teams to ensure realization of business objectives.
- Overall technical responsibility for optimizing NICE Claims Platform compliance with regulatory standards including ICD-10 and HCR (Healthcare reform).
- Manages priorities and ensures adequate NICE Platform development capacity to meet critical business needs
- With IT, monitors portfolio of projects to ensure business processes support effective design, development, testing and deployment of code.
- With IT, coordinates across the organization to ensure commitments are delivered and bottlenecks and barriers are resolved.
- Chairs NICE Steering Committee
- Manages PC Ops Funding Pool
- Ability to influence change across multiple departments and organizations


Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, anlaysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams. Positions that require certification in project management or accredited Six Sigma training should use the Project Management job family.
- Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level professional staff.
- Work most often impacts a large business unit, or multiple markets/sites.

The preferred location for this role is Cypress California but telecommuting is a possible option in the U.S.

Skills / Requirements

- Bachelors degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in a Technical Leadership role
- Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Understanding of NICE preferred
- Managed healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience with claims systems such as NICE or Facets a plus.
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex technology projects
- Solid Business Acumen
- Bias for action
