Position Description:


We're looking for an individual with customer service experience and the ability to motivate others to join our Costa Mesa, CA team. The Quality Representative will audit recorded calls and provide feedback on those calls. Primary Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate recorded Help Desk and Mail Service calls

  • Provide coaching/feedback to advocate in call evaluations

  • Analyze trends

  • Participate in calibration sessions ensuring calls are scored consistently throughout the teams

  • Interact with the leadership group to aid in overall staff development

  • Assist in queue when required

  • Assist Learning and Delivery with training initiatives

Skills / Requirements


Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED is required

  • 1+ year customer service experience required; preferably within a retail pharmacy setting

  • 1+ year experience working within quality assurance or RxExpress, Rx Claims, RX Memberlink, and QFiniti required

  • 2+ years call center experience required

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Word experience required



  • Assets:

  • Ability to speak Spanish fluently

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy claims processing

  • Project management skills are preferred

  • Auditing certification is a plus

  • Experience or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician
