Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation arranges financing for multimillion dollar commercial real estate transactions. Our nationwide team of 50+ professionals works with a broad network of lending sources to identify and secure the proper financing for these transactions, and support more than 1,000 investment sales professionals in 60+ offices across the U.S. In 2011, MMCC arranged financing for nearly 800 transactions in excess of $1,770,000,000.

MMCC seeks a seasoned commercial mortgage broker for our Cleveland office. We ??re on pace to surpass last year ??s total number of transactions and sales volume, and some of these transactions will arrive without financing arranged. MMCC mortgage brokers contend for these deals, as well as prospect for deals in the market at large. All MMCC mortgage brokers have total fee discretion. Our successful producers enjoy a salaried position and a compensation plan free of traditional earnings constraints.

The qualified mortgage broker will be a degreed professional with at least five years of relevant financing experience with commercial real estate transactions, especially multifamily transactions. Mortgage banking and residential mortgage brokerage is not a suitable background for this role. Intermediate skills with MS Office are required. This is a great opportunity for an independent mortgage broker to align with an industry leader and greatly increase the scale and scope of his business.
