Jobing Description

Position Responsibilities:


  • This position will support the ICM for creating discharge planning cases in the ongoing management of bed days

  • This position also supports the Medicare mandated QIO process for member Fast Track Appeals

  • There are strict turnaround time frames in responding to the QIO and providing letters to the members in support of the discharge

Skills / Requirements


Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • 1+ year experience in the medical field (Physician's office or Hospital)

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required

  • Health Plan experience preferred
