Hillsides, a residential and community treatment center, creates safe places for children, strengthens families, provides special education and advocates for childrens rights.

We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Therapist for our Family Center Programs. The Bilingual Therapist conducts home-based and on-site family therapy sessions under supervision of the clinical supervisor. This position documents family therapy and prevention sessions through videotape, written, and other techniques, as well as guarantees continuity of care from initial counseling, through referral, to 1-year follow-up.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work or a related field.
Must be a fluent Spanish speaker in a clinical setting
Demonstrated knowledge of family systems theory, psychopathology and theory of family trauma
Valid California drivers license and personal vehicle insurance
