Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our world-class Corona, CA manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will coordinate and administer all aspects of HR including orientations, training, investigating and coordinating workers compensation cases, coordinating payroll and benefits, and fostering a safe and professional workplace environment.

A typical day will include working with employees at all levels of the organization. You’ll be a go-to person for questions about benefits, Code of Conduct/company policy and workers compensation issues. Managers will rely on your expertise to help recruit new employees, assist in warnings and terminations and to be an effective listener and problem-solver. You’ll conduct new hire orientations, ensuring every employee is effectively trained on safety regulations and integrated into the company. You’ll partner closely with HR colleagues, both on-site and at the corporate office, as well as in Manufacturing, R&D, etc.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- Experience with Employee Relations a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention-to detail
- Experience with ADP Enterprise a plus
