Multiple CSR openings with South Bay transportation company, requiring Spanish-bilingual fluency and strong customer service background! Positions are responsible for high volume incoming calls, problem resolution and correspondance with customers. Qualifications include fluency in English & Spanish (verbal and written proficiency), proficiency with MSWord, Excel, Outlook, ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team.
