Primary Responsibilities:

• Initial behavioral health triage of members in a call center environment


• Analyze and investigate members' questions


• Provide explanations and interpretations of benefits/coverage, benefit authorizations, treatment plan processing and assistance in finding behavioral health services


• Position in San Francisco AfterHours.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health filed (Counseling, psychology, social work, human services) is required


• Advanced MS Office Suite skills in a professional setting, ability to toggle between systems and type 35 - 40 WPM


• 1+ year of experience in Behavioral Health field with direct client contact.


• 1+ year of experience in a clinical environment

Assets:

• 1+ year of prior experience in a call center
