Core Scope Campaign Program Design - Consults with marketing team to confirm and finalize promotional marketing campaign requirements and appropriate documents. Determines data sources to meet document requirements. Configures all aspects of promotional offerings in player tracking system.

Program Testing - Tests and verifies promotional offering configuration in player tracking system. Reviews and corrects programs. Reports any problem to Database Director.

Report and Analysis - Creates queries and reports while refining standard ones. Provides reports and analysis on various database marketing and promotional activities. Determines data for validity and identifies any discrepancies.

Direct Marketing Program- Creates and refines player lists in preparation for direct mail campaigns. Provides timely response on guest inquiries regarding direct mail while ensuring guest satisfaction.

General Office and Special Projects- Participates in weekly staff meetings to communicate progress and problems. Assists and participates in marketing functions as required. Maintains knowledge and communicates important information about the casino including: promotions, events, V Club benefits, all gaming area locations, restaurants, and VOC information. Follows company and departmental policies and standard operating procedures, applicable governmental laws and regulations. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills / Requirements

Education/ Certification * Bachelor-s degree in marketing, research, analytics, information systems, statistics, and/or related area required.
Experience * 1 to 2 years experience in related field.
Knowledge and Skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong skills in Excel and Access required with knowledge of database analysis and design, Bally-s CMP system preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Must be able to communicate concepts and information in a clear and concise manner.
* High level mathematical skills to include statistical analysis.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
* Must be able to work flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
