Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilization management coordinator.


• Duties to include referral processing, scheduling specialty appointments, data entry.


• Will also work with members, navigate the healthcare system, and schedule appointments with physicians.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.


• 1 year of utilization management experience in IPA or Medical Group setting is required.


• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, HCPC coding is preferred.


• EZ-CAP experience is preferred.


• Understanding of turn-around time standards and ICE guidelines is preferred.
