Jobing Description

Our Agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Agency Producer to our team. This is a (full or part) time position.

This position is responsible for the selling of policies for all the products we offer. Our clients consist of business people, small business owners, and other professionals such as police officers, firefighters, engineers, and doctors. The environment can be fast pace and the future candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a reliable, dependable and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.

Responsibilities Include
-Assists in managing weekly marketing systems
-Actively solicits expiration dates for new clients
-Writes new business on all products we offer
-Actively participate in community events promoting the agency
-Meets or exceeds monthly production goals

Either-P/C or Life licenses or both
