North county based company is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to represent the organization in various support functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administrative support experience with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow.

Duties will include the following but are not limited to:

* Manage and maintain executives‚ schedules

* Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software

* Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

* Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email

* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

* Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries

Skills / Requirements

High Diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Working knowledge of PowerPoint a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
