Location: California-Redondo Beach

The selected candidate for this senior administrative assistant position will support program management and their staff on the B2 ESA program.The candidate will perform a full range of administrative functions within a fast-paced environment where the work load and priorities change quickly.The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.The candidate must interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels of management, employees, and customers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the orchestration of meetings, travel arrangements, and submittal of expense reports.Additional tasks include tracking and maintaining information relative to department and business operations, coordinating inputs for Powerpoint-based program status review presentation packages, and the coordination of departmental projects and the execution of special assignments.The candidate is expected to monitor, manage, and participate in the planning of complex events including large reviews that involve customers, NG management, and staff at all levels.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma and a minimum of5years work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and e-room

Knowledge of NGAS policies and procedures

Working knowledge of Concur & Edge expense reporting system

Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills are essential

Proactive, resourceful, well-organized and highly motivated

Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a classified area.

Proficient in Microsoft Project and advanced user of Powerpoint.
