Jobing Description

* Responsible for process and key in Invoices into the Data Entry System.

* Review reports generated and submit paper work to Computer Operations to produce checks.

* Process and validate Checks to Invoices.

* File to maintain Supply paid files and research pending Invoices.

* Review Receiver Files and to be Paid Files regularly, as well as other duties.

Skills / Requirements

* A successful candidate will have at least 3 years previous Accounts Payable experience.

* Knowledge of PC applications, Word Perfect / Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and/ or Quattro Pro; 10 Key by touch.

* Able to multi-task, possess good organization and strong verbal communication skills.
