Jobing Description

Assist Senior Corporate Accountant and/or CFO with various accounting functions.

Responsibilities will include providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes posting payments, paying and accruing invoices, distributing checks, assisting with payroll activities. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are accurate and up to date, and that company personnel are paid accurately and in a timely manner.

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor‚s Degree from a 4-year college or university or a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll. Applicant should be very proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and 10 key by touch. Peachtree Accounting software knowledge a plus.

A successful candidate should be detail-oriented, well organized, have great writing skills, reliable, friendly, work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
