Accounts Payable Analyst
We are seeking candidates for the position of Accounts Payable Analyst, Construction and Development, to be based in our corporate office in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities:
Ensure lien waivers and other required documents are obtained from vendors
Check invoices for proper approvals and account coding
Obtain a thorough understanding of construction budgets
Verify budgets and contracts have sufficient funds to cover payments
Enter invoices into Yardi Voyager Accounting System
Obtain insurance certificates as necessary
Communicate with vendors and project managers regarding payments, questions, etc.
Prepare wire transfers
Handle month-end/year-end close
Prepare payable reclasses as necessary
Prepare and review variances and budget amendments
Understanding basic accounting controls
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required
1 year accounts payable experience, construction helpful
Proficient in Excel and Word
Experience with Yardi a plus
Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
